The Exmissions Process

Our community is remarkably diverse in the next schools chosen for their children. Our children go to schools that are uptown/downtown, progressive/traditional, coed/single-sex, and public/independent. Our children leave with a strong foundation for academic learning, a love of discovery, and the confidence that their voices matter. They understand that learning extends beyond the classroom and that adults are their partners in the process.

This journey begins in the spring of the Three’s Class with our “What’s Next Meeting,” where the Director provides an overview of both public and private school applications. The goal is to answer questions and ease concerns before the process begins in the Four’s year.

In the following months, our Director, Rachel, meets individually with families to discuss school options. Once applications and tours begin, Rachel remains available for ongoing support and guidance.
